Tips and Tricks Newsletter February 2020

February, the month of love! So it’s about time to create some extra free time to spend with your loved ones. Last month, we told you about the automatic approval of purchase invoices in combination with Exact Online and Exact Globe, this time around it’s back to the basics. Every user can create routes in the Blue10 service to perform specific actions faster or even fully automatically.

This year, we can also enjoy all the great stuff February has to offer us one day longer. What will you do with that extra day? Maybe you’ll take the time to write a review on Google or add your accountant as a user to your Blue10 environment. We’ll tell you more about this later as well, so read on!

We’d love to hear from you!

Let us know what you think! We want to thank you for using the Blue10 service. Customer happiness is essential to us, and that’s precisely why we’d love to hear from you. So please leave us a review on Google!

Why a review: reviews help us to take a step forward every day, but they can also help others to take that next step towards the digital invoice processing!

Add your accountant to the Blue10 service

You can provide your accountant access to your Blue10 environment by using special settings when you’re creating a new user. This will allow your accountant to perform several check-ups in the Blue10 service. You can also download reports from the Blue10 environment yourself to get to know more about your workflow and the accountant check-up.
