New interface Blue10

We are currently working a total rebuild of our software. A part of this is the development of new websites with a new interface. By rebuilding our software we improve the stability and speed of Blue10. In this blog we will show you all the changes in the renewed interface of our product.

Curious to see all the changes we have made?

The user experience of our new websites will resemble the old websites. Our new websites come with our new interface – which is similar to the old one but has an attractive modern twist. Progress of the new interface

All customers will be transferred  to the new websites in phases to make sure the performance is steady. You can find our timeline here:

From February 2023 to date

Over 80% of users are now working in the new interface. We still transferring a group of users step by step. This allows us to incorporate feedback received (when something is not working ). In the upcoming months, we will continue to transfer users to the new interface. When a user is transferred, the user will receive a notification in Blue10, with the most important changes of the new interface.

From October 2022 to January 2023

We are again transferring users to the updated interface step by step. We are choosing diligence over speed, because we want to receive feedback from users if something is not working or a functionality is missing. In addition, we cannot test a higher load of the revamped interface. To minimise performance issues, we closely monitor performance when transferring a group of users to this interface.

July 2022 to September 2022

As a significant proportion of users work in the revamped interface, we see a growth in the load on this interface. The load is causing performance issues so we have deliberately stopped transferring users to the revamped interface.

June 2022

As of June 2022, a significant part of the users are working in the renewed interface. It is possible to work in the renewed interface with all standard integrations that Blue10 links with.

February 2022

Customers with the integrations Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Finance & Operations, Microsoft Business Central and FinMaster have been transferred to the new interface in the Winter of 2021/2022. Customers with a second integration, next to the previously mentioned integrations, haven’t been transferred yet.

November 2021

The group of beta customers with users with the role Post have also been transferred. Entire customer environments are migrated to the new websites and all users in these customer environments are working with the new interface.

February 2021

The first users with the role Check and Approve for Payment of 15 different customers have been transferred to the new websites and are working in the new interface.
