Blue10 Basic Training

Are you a new user with the role ‘Booker’ and want to get started right away? Join the Blue10 Basic training and learn all about processing purchase invoices in Blue10.

Are you a new user in Blue10 and have never worked with our software before? Or would you like to introduce your new colleague to Blue10? Then take part in the Blue10 Basic Training so you know how Blue10 works for you as a ‘Booker’. After the 4-hour training, you are ready to start using Blue10 and you will know everything about processing purchase invoices in Blue10.

During the training, we go through the successive steps to process a purchase invoice in Blue10. The process starts with importing a purchase invoice up to and including approval. We go through the process step by step so that you are familiar with all the (basic) functionalities to process a purchase invoice.

Duration of training:
The training starts at 09:30 and ends around 13:30. A fully catered lunch from Blue10 is included during the training.

Training content

During the Blue10 Basic Training, we go through the successive steps of processing a purchase invoice:

1: Importing a purchase invoice

There are several ways to import a purchase invoice into Blue10: emailing it to a Blue10 email address, photographing a purchase invoice with the Blue10 App and importing a purchase invoice manually. We will go through all the ways during the training so that you discover the possibilities to import purchase invoices as efficiently as possible.

2: Splitting a purchase invoice

After importing, it is possible to split or merge the pages of a purchase invoice during the splitting process. During the training course, we will explain which purchase invoices appear in the split screen by default and you will learn how the splitting of a purchase invoice works.

 

3: Validating and posting a purchase invoice

During the validation process, you check the data of a purchase invoice recognised by Blue10 and, depending on the accounting system, define the booking rules. During the training, we go through all options in the validation screen, such as the use of booking templates and the IBAN check. With these tricks, you can validate a purchase invoice quickly and easily.

4: Approving a purchase invoice

After validating and posting the purchase invoice, the purchase invoice enters the approval flow. During the training, we explain everything about the approval flow so that you know how circulating and approving a purchase invoice works. We will also show you how to get insight into the status of a purchase invoice in the approval flow.
