Every first day of the month, you’ll receive an invoice from us at the e-mail address you’ve provided. Didn’t receive anything? No problem! You can download your invoice in Blue10 by taking the following steps.
Note: only users with administration rights are able to do this.
Take the following steps:
- Click on your user name in the top right corner and go to subscription overview.
- You’ll see a button to Download invoices at the top.
- All available invoices will be shown on an overview. Just pick the one you’d like to download from there! Save the invoice and import it to Blue10 to process it.
