Downloading Blue10 invoices

Every first day of the month, you’ll receive an invoice from us at the e-mail address you’ve provided. Didn’t receive anything? No problem! You can download your invoice in Blue10 by taking the following steps.

Note: only users with administration rights are able to do this.

Take the following steps:

  1. Click on your user name in the top right corner and go to subscription overview.
  2. You’ll see a button to Download invoices at the top.
  3. All available invoices will be shown on an overview. Just pick the one you’d like to download from there! Save the invoice and import it to Blue10 to process it.
