Blue10 Refresher Training

Have you been working with Blue10 for some time and are you curious to know whether you are getting everything out of Blue10? During the Refresher Training, you and other Blue10 users discover the latest functionalities and optimise the use of existing functionalities.

Get even more out of Blue10 with the Refresher Training! During the training you will discover how the latest features of Blue10 can help you further and optimise the use of existing functionalities. We will also take a look at your own Blue10 environment to ensure you have the most efficient workflow. After our training, you will be completely up-to-date and have made your own work a lot easier.

For whom is the training intended?
The training is a deepening of Blue10 and is therefore recommended for users with some experience with Blue10. We go through a number of fixed topics. In addition, topics are addressed based on the wishes and needs of the participants.

Practical information

Duration of training:
The training starts at 09:30 and ends around 13:30. A fully catered lunch from Blue10 is included during the training.

The training will take place at Blue10’s office:
Blue10 (located in HNK Den Haag).

Participation fee:
€ 250,- euro excluding VAT per participant (lunch included)

Training content

The training consists of the fixed topics listed below. Other topics are based on the wishes and needs of the participants.

Booking templates

In the training we cover how to create booking templates by yourself. We learn how to use them effectively, such as in combination with electronic invoices.

Routes

We show the possibilities of auto and suggestion routes and highlight functionalities for optimising the approval flow.

Reports

During the training you will discover which standard reports are available in Blue10. We also discuss the additional features of Enterprise reports.

Blue10 Insights

During the training we will discuss Blue10 Insights and how it can be a practical tool for auditors and approvers.

Blue10 Environment check

Together, we look at how your Blue10 environment is currently set up. Are you curious whether your current workflow is still up-to-date? Or could it perhaps be more efficient? Where possible, we immediately adjust settings so that your Blue10 environment fits your needs seamlessly.
