Description of the functionality
In Blue10 it is possible to link additional search terms, so-called tags, to a document. This makes it easy to retrieve specific documents that are linked to, for example, a project furnishing office.
Via Settings > Tags , all tags created by the users in the Blue10 environment are visible.
Please note: Users with the role Check and Approve for payment can create tags on the Document detail page and search for documents based on tags. Click here if you want to read more about tags.
How does the functionality work?
Below is an explanation of Tags in the Settings menu in a few steps:
- Go to Manage> Tags to open the overview with available tags in the Blue10 environment.
- The page is structured as follows:
- Via the search field it is possible to search by tags.
- The filter next to the search field gives the option to show all tags with or without linked documents.
The overview shows per tag how many documents are linked to the tag. With the trash can it is possible to delete the tag. Please note: It is possible to remove a tag to which document(s) are linked.
