The Source Overview

There are several ways to import a document into Blue10. After importing, a document is not only visible on the dashboard, but can also be found in the Source overview. In the Source overview, you can see how a document was imported, download the original files, and easily navigate to the corresponding document on the dashboard.

Source Overview

Go to the Source overview via the Import menu. Here you will see a list of all recently imported documents. Emails that arrive in Blue10 without a source can be found under Emails without source. When an email arrives here, it will be indicated with an exclamation mark. To quickly find what you are looking for, you can use the following filters in both overviews:

Source type: Select the type of source you want to filter on. By default, all source types are displayed. Source types are the different ways in which documents can be imported into Blue10. Read more about the ways in which you can import a document into Blue10 here.
Company: Select the company for which you want to view documents. By default, the search is performed within all companies in your Blue10 environment.
From: Select the date from which you want to display documents. By default, the search covers the past month.
To: Select the date up to which you want to display documents. By default, the search covers up to today.
Search: You can search by source number, company, created by and, in the case of an email, also by subject.

Source details

Once you have found the correct document in the source overview, you can open the source details. This screen provides more information about the source of the document. Here, you can download the original files, navigate to a document in the dashboard, view the sender of an email, and view the status of a document. The following statuses are used:

  1. New
  2. Convert
  3. Converted
  4. In recognition
  5. Validating – if all documents are at least at the validation screen
  6. Validated
  7. 0. Documents have been deleted

The original documents are listed under the heading Files linked to this document. Click on the blue button with the file type icon to download the original or view the original email. Below that, you will see a line with the document number and location in Blue10. Click on this to go directly to the document on the dashboard.
