Hotkeys at Verify
- Tab will take you to the next field;
- Shift + Tab will take you to the previous field;
- Ctrl + Enter will save the invoice.
Hotkeys when coding an invoice
Navigating through a text field (for example: Amount or Description):
- Arrows up and down will take you to the field above or below;
- Arrows left and right will take you to the field on the left or right.
Navigating a dropdown field (for example: VAT code):
- Arrows up and down will navigate you through the dropdown menu;
- Arrows left and right will take you to the field on the left or right;
- Enter will select the current option in the dropdown menu. A second enter will navigate you to the next field;
- Tab will select the current option in the dropdown menu and take you directly to the next field.
Adding new lines:
- Tab or Enter while on the + will add a new line;
- Enter while on the – will delete the current line.
