It’s just a few days until we’ll leave another decade behind. Time really does fly! In this newsletter, we will tell you more about the new financial year, and a useful tool to process invoices with an error message. We’ll also mention our annual Christmas gift and the opening hours on New Year’s Day, so please continue reading!
Transition to a new financial year
With most accounting systems, you don’t have to do anything in the Blue10 service for the transition to a new financial year. You just need to create (and if possible, set up) a new financial year in your accounting system. The accounting system will process all invoices into the correct financial year based on the invoice date. It’s as easy as that!

Did you get an error message with an invoice?
Maybe you’ve already seen it, but we’ve added an extra tool in the Blue10 service. In case of an error message, a tool will appear on the Document Detailpage to help you solve the error yourself. How? The tool gives you more context and a step-by-step plan to solve the problem. Can’t figure it out? No problem! You can always contact our Customer Support.
Christmas gift Blue10 – Out and about with the elderly!
Last week we sent you an e-mail in which we look back on the past year and tell you about our Christmas gift. We are, in cooperation with Vitis Welzijn, taking a group of elderly people with scarce social contacts out for some fun! After the succesful editions of 2018 (Paul van Vliet) and 2019 (Tineke Schouten), we have chosen a different genre this year. On Sunday the 26th of April we will swing with the elderly during a performance of the Dutch Swing College Band at the ss Rotterdam.
