The end of 2020 is near and we’re getting closer and closer to those delicious holiday cookies. That’s why we’d like to inform you about our opening hours during the holidays. We’d also like to tell you more about user management in Blue10 and we’d love to introduce our weekly #Blue10tips on social media.

User management

Every colleague who has to check, approve, or post invoices, you’ll need a user account in Blue10. Good to know: you can add as many users to your Blue10 environment as you’d like. New colleague? Add them to Blue10. Is someone going away? Deactivate or delete their account. All Administrators in your Blue10 environment can access the user overview and make changes. SUPPORT SURVEY

How are we doing?

We’ve been asking our customers to rate our support for a while now. We started by asking you how we were doing every three months, and have recently shifted to doing this on a monthly basis. Before, we would share the most important results of these surveys in our newsletter, but we’ve decided to go in a different direction.

On average, our customers rewarded us with an 8. But instead of reading about that, we’d like you to experience it yourself. As we continue to improve our support, we’ll stop sharing these results in our newsletters. Instead, we’ll be asking you what you think about our support every now and then. This will allow us to create a better understanding of what our customers need, and how we can help you to take one step forward, every day. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have anything to share in this matter.

OPENING HOURS

Opening hours during the holidays

During the holidays, we’ll have some adjusted opening hours. We’ll be closed during first Christmas Day (December 25) and New Year’s Day (January 1). If you e-mail us at support@blue10.com during these days, we’ll come back to you as soon as possible during our next working day.
